This FSBO MLS Program is designed to ensure maximum exposure, independence, and control in connection with the sale of your home. For a one-time fixed fee, your home will be placed into the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by a licensed broker.

You will not have to pay a commission to a real estate broker if you sell on your own; you will not be subject to penalties for early termination; and all buyer leads will be forwarded to you.

We provide same day placement of all orders (Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 EST). Once your payment has been processed, listing broker will make same day contact with you (Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 EST), via phone or email, to provide forms for you to complete, sign and return. MLS listings will be placed into the local Multiple Listing Service within 24 hours of receipt by listing broker of all necessary paperwork.

Please note: Certain MLSs prohibit the use of FSBO signs. You will be given the option to purchase a broker sign directly from broker. Prices are subject to change without notice until orders are placed. Commissions are negotiable as a matter of law and are not fixed by any state or federal agency.
